Below are some answers to the most frequently asked questions at Evolved Naturopathy & Nutrition.

Question: Are the consultations covered by private health cover?

Answer: It depends on your individual private health fund provider, but if they cover Nutritional or Naturopathic consultations, then yes you may be entitled to claim.

Question: What can I expect after I book my initial consultation?

Answer: You’ll be provided with a welcome pack that contains plenty of details about your upcoming appointment, along with a questionnaire for you to complete – this will save us time (and money) during your consultation, allowing us to focus on the most important factors. I will also provide you with a 3-day diet diary – the Food, Mood, Poo’d journal. Please fill this in and bring with you to your first appointment, a minimum of 1 days will be great. Instructions are on the form.

Question: What if I don’t want to take a supplement?

Answer: All of my treatment protocols take into account the clients abilities and limitations. Whether that’s no time to cook, financial restrictions, inability to swallow tablets, or dislike/preference for certain foods as some examples, then I adapt to suit where possible. Supplement may often not be necessary if achievable with other treatment methods.

Question: What is the cancellation policy?

Answer: Life sometimes gets in the way. If you are unable to attend your appointment we request that you provide 24 hours notice so that someone else may use that time. If 24 hours notice is not provided you may be charged 50% of the consultation fee. No shows are charged the full fee.

Question: How and when do you accept payment?

Answer: Payment is due at the time of the consultation, and can be made by EFTPOS (credit/debit) or cash. Also can be paid via the booking platform.
