Moroccan Spice Blend

A simple spice mix that is clean of the preservatives and additives that can be found in pre-made seasoning mixes.

Moroccan Spice Blend
  • 5 teaspoons paprika
  • 3 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1.75 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1.5 teaspoon ginger (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 3/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 3/4 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/3 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

  1. Mix all of the herbs together well and store in an airtight jar or container.

Add this spice blend to meats, seafoods, vegetables, or rice dishes.
