Hollandaise Sauce

This sauce is one of my favourites on a special brunch. People are often scared to give the recipe a go, thinking it difficult or fiddly. This recipe for the Thermomix makes it so simple, you’ll be making it every weekend to enjoy that lavish brunch at home.

Hollandaise Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup melted ghee
2 egg yolks
1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • Insert the butterfly attachment
  • Place all the ingredients in the TM bowl and cook 8 mins/90 degrees/speed 3
  • Serve straight away.

This sauce is perfect with eggs, over your salmon, or drizzled over asparagus.
