Dried Cranberry Sauce
1 1/2 cups dried cranberries
3 apples, peeled and cored
Juice of 1/2 orange
1/4 cup honey
Soak the cranberries in a medium bowl of water for a minimum of 2 hrs. The longer the better.
Place the soaked cranberries and 1/4 cup of the water into the TM bowl.
Roughly chop the apples and add to the TM bowl.
Cook for 10 mins, speed 1 reverse, at 100 degrees. Check to make sure apples are cooked through, if not soft then continue for another minute or two.
Once cooked, process on speed 3 for 30 seconds or until all roughly mashed together.
Add the orange juice and honey and process for another 30 seconds to combine all together.
Serve warm, or place straight into a sterile jar and secure the lid and allow to cool.
