BBQ’d Asian Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
700gm chicken thighs
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 Tbsn coconut aminos (or tamari)

Method
Lay the chicken thighs flat down with the top side facing up to season.
Pour the coconut aminos (or tamari) over all of the chicken, so that it is all covered.
Then evenly sprinkle the salt, pepper and garlic powder over the chicken.
Leave to marinade for 15 – 30 mins.
Once marinaded, make sure the bbq plate is hot, and put the chicken top side down.
Cook on the first side for approx. 5 minutes, then turn over and cook for another 4 mins. The cooking time may vary depending on the size of your chicken thighs.
Once cooked rest for a minute and then serve with salad or your favourite sides.
