Banana Bliss Balls

This recipe came about because I had over ripe banana’s to use up, and I didn’t want to make banana bread. My kids think these taste just like banana bread.

I kept the recipes ingredients simple so that the flavour of the banana wouldn’t be lost.

Banana Bliss Balls

Ingredients

2 cups almonds, raw
1/2 cup medjool dates
1 banana, ripe

Put the almonds and dates into the Thermomix bowl. Process for 5 secs/Turbo.
Add the banana and mix for another 5 secs/Turbo.
Spoon out 1 flat tablespoon of mixture and roll into a ball.
Refrigerate for 30 mins the enjoy!
Keep stored in the refrigerator
