This recipe is almost too easy! Just four ingredients for a filling, healthy, and delicious smoothie. This is a great recipe to fill up the kids as a snack, or to have if you are on the run and busy.
Avocado & Banana Smoothie
1 ripe banana
1 small ripe avocado
1/2 cup coconut milk (tinned)
1/2 cup almond milk
- Place all the ingredients into your Thermomix (or blender, or even food processor) and blitz for 10 secs/speed 8.
- Scape the sides down and blend again for another 10 secs/speed 8.
- Serve (too easy).
Tip: This recipe is creamy, if you want it smoother then just add a little more almond milk.
