This is an absolute staple in our house. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner…and for snacks in between.



1/2 Spanish onion
1 clove garlic
1 tomato
3 avocados
Small squeeze lemon juice
Small bunch coriander

  1. Place onion, garlic and coriander in TM bowl or food processor and process until finely diced.
  2. Add tomato, avocado and lemon juice. Process until desired consistency. Some of you may like it chunky, some might prefer smooth.

Scrape out guacamole and enjoy!
