This is an absolute staple in our house. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner…and for snacks in between.
1/2 Spanish onion
1 clove garlic
Small squeeze lemon juice
Small bunch coriander
- Place onion, garlic and coriander in TM bowl or food processor and process until finely diced.
- Add tomato, avocado and lemon juice. Process until desired consistency. Some of you may like it chunky, some might prefer smooth.
Scrape out guacamole and enjoy!
